1. Data We Collect

We believe in data minimalism. We only collect what is strictly necessary to operate the bot:

  • Slack Workspace Data: We store your Slack Team ID, Channel IDs, and an authentication token (Access Token) to post messages on your behalf.
  • Public App Store Data: We fetch reviews, ratings, and app metadata. These are publicly available on the App Store and Google Play.
  • Payment Data: Handled securely by Stripe. We do not access or store your credit card information.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to:

  • Fetch and filter reviews for the apps you subscribe to.
  • Deliver notifications to your configured Slack channel.
  • Perform AI sentiment analysis to categorize feedback (e.g., Bugs vs. Feature Requests).
  • Process subscription payments via Stripe.

3. Data Sharing & Subprocessors

We do not sell your data. We share data only with the essential infrastructure providers required to run the service:

  • Render: Hosting and server infrastructure.
  • Supabase: Database storage and authentication infrastructure.
  • Stripe: Payment processing.
  • AI Providers (e.g., OpenAI): For sentiment analysis and review summarization. Data sent is anonymized where possible.

4. Data Retention

We retain your Slack configuration data only as long as you have the app installed. If you uninstall the app, we remove your access tokens from our active usage.
