1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing ReviewSentinel to your Slack workspace, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Service Description & Availability

ReviewSentinel monitors public App Store and Google Play reviews and posts them to Slack. We rely on public data availability from Apple and Google.

We cannot guarantee 100% uptime if these third-party platforms change their data structure, API access, or rate limits. We make commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in such events.

3. Subscription & Cancellation

The service is offered as a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time via the "Manage Subscription" link provided in our communications or by contacting support. Your access continues until the end of your billing cycle.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReviewSentinel is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service (e.g., missed review notifications or delays in delivery).

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
